Anodised Printing

We are a premium supplier of photo-anodised aluminium nameplates. The image or print is permanently sealed within the anodic layer, allowing them to maintain their original appearance under many challenging conditions including extreme heat, humidity, long term exposure to weather, UV and other outdoor conditions, salt spray, abrasion, industrial solvents and chemicals. These nameplates can come with the option of self-adhesive backing, or holes punched for riveting or screwing. Details or images can be anodic printed in various colours or laser engraved onto pre-anodised aluminium.

UV Flatbed Printing

For a vibrant, long-lasting print, our full-color UV printing service is the perfect solution. We can print directly onto almost any flat material, including, glass, crystal, acrylic, plastics, timber, metals, or board stocks. UV ink cures instantly and is suitable for both interior and exterior use. UV printing a excelent modern alternative to screen printing and a great way to showcase your logo, artwork, or text on products, awards and presentation items, giving your branding a distinctive edge.

With an 610mm x 420mm wide and 153mm deep printing bed, we can print directly onto many items. UV printing is a great modern alternative to screen printing and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications lasting up to 7 years, depending on conditions and coatings.

Industrial Engraving

Our tooling factory has a number of different machines capable of engraving, tagging, numbering or machining metal parts and dies.

Notary embossing presses, burn branding irons, metal stamps, hand punches and jewellery engraving are just some of what we make using the “engraving” method.

Industrial Engraving is commonly used to identify a product, part or possession. The art of tool and die making relies almost exclusively on some form of engraving process (which was revolutionised by the development of CNC and Laser machines). Specifically via Industrial engraving we manufacture notary and stationary embossers, metal punches, and sealing plier anvils.
