Anodised Printing and Marking

Anodised Aluminium Printing and Marking Services

Photograve Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, Australia, is proud manufacturer of printed aluminium used for creating labels, nameplates, equipment panels, and more. Utilising advanced manufacturing processes, our products are created using a number of different anodised aluminium printing and marking processes.

NanoPrint – This is a technique were by open-pore anodized aluminium may be digitally printed with full-colour, high-resolution images directly into the anodic layer using nano-solvent inks. After printing the aluminium is sealed, locking the image inside the anodised layer, creating an image that is long lasting, chemical and scratch resistant.

FibreMark – This technique uses fibre laser technology to permanently mark intricate silver/white details and images onto black and coloured anodised aluminium. The process results in a product that is the most resistant to sunlight (UV-radiation), abrasion, high-temperatures, salt-spray and chemical exposure.

AlumaMark – This process allows the creation of black, positive photographic quality images to be marked on silver anodised aluminium. This can be used to create Nameplates, Plaques, Labels, Signage and more. Whilst not as resistant to UV radiation as Fibre-marked material, it still provides a 3-5 year life span in outdoor environments.
